Neighbors partner with a local building owner who agrees to share their free solar savings.

2Solar Panels

The building owner installs solar panels and starts saving money on their electrical bills. They send the solar savings (minus system costs) to the local community trust.

Neighbors use a digital dashboard to track how solar savings are used in their neighborhood.


The excess funds will be allocated with participatory budgetinng. Current proposals include: Education Savings Pool, End-of-Year Celebration Event, and more.
